Established in 1920, Booker Promotions is one of the largest promotional product distributors in Georgia. Specializing in promotional products and executive gifts since its inception over 80 years ago, the firm has been steadfast in its mission to offer excellence in product innovation and personalized customer service.
In addition to numerous other awards, Booker Promotions has been the recipient of several coveted Golden Pyramids, the highest honor of the Promotional Products Association International. The Golden Pyramid is bestowed on firms which demonstrate the most creative and effective use of promotional products. These industry awards are important because they are recognition for developing highly successful and strategic client marketing campaigns.
An 80 year Legacy
Booker Promotions is a full service, comprehensive Promotional Products agency. It was founded in 1920 by Roy G. Booker, and owned and operated by John Hiles, Sr., and John Hiles, Jr. until January 1, 1990. The company expanded in the 90’s merging with Promotion Products of Atlanta, and then with AdWorks Promotions. Booker Promotions, a privately held corporation, is now owned, operated, and managed by its three principals: Scott Moscow, John G. Hiles, Jr., and Neil Kalnitz all three keenly aware of the distinctive legacy of the company.
Meet the Owners
Scott Moscow : Prior to beginning his specialty advertising career with Promotion Products of Atlanta in 1987, Scott was vice-president of his family business, National Iron & Metal. Since the merger with Roy G. Booker & Company, Scott has built a loyal following of clients who rely on his expertise and creativity.
John G. Hiles, Jr.: John joined the company in 1981 after three years of internal accounting experience with Hertz, Rollins Protective Services and Jartran. During his twenty-eight years in the specialty advertising profession, he has been the recipient of several Golden Pyramid awards, and has been certified as a MAS - Master Advertising Specialist. He is past president of the Georgia Association of Promotional Professionals, an organization that his father John Hiles, Sr. was a founding member.
Neil Kalnitz : Neil is an honor graduate of Boston’s Curry College and holds a degree in accounting. After two years in public accounting, he launched his very successful specialty advertising firm, AdWorks Promotions. To better serve his growing list of corporate clients, his eight year old firm merged with Booker Promotions. Neil has gained national recognition for his energetic, resourceful and effective client campaigns and for his unwavering commitment to his customers.
The support staff of Booker Promotions consists of several prominent industry veterans. With a full-time in-house graphic artist, state of the art technology, and a team of imaginative idea generators, the company prides itself on being a full service, convenient, and responsive resource for clients. |
